Our pressroom surprises people when they visit our plant. We keep a clean, controlled environment so the results from paper, inks and presses are of the highest quality. We use a multiple set of presses for flexibility and cost efficiency. The work we print is custom designed for the customer. By using different size presses with a variety of ink units, we can deliver a custom printed product from large to short run quantities at affordable prices to our customers.

Over the years, JK Creative Printers has invested in some of the best-manufactured presses on the market. With four-color, two-color and 1-color presses, we are totally capable of fulfilling any print specification you might require on your printing projects. Our advantage in the pressroom is our flexibility in press sizes. We are not limited to just one or two size presses. We have the right presses to print your job economically and efficiently. Our specialty is high quality color printing including additional PMS colors and coatings.

The bindery finishing process is a very important function of our business. We provide several different operations to help control how your final project looks. We provide these services so we can control the quality and the time it takes to finish your job. We don't need to involve outside sources for bindery. We just do it ourselves. It allows us to respond to your particular deadline and it keeps the cost to a minimum.

Custom designs and layouts often require custom finishing. Our bindery staff is experienced to modify their processes to accommodate custom dies, creative folds, special page assembly and collating plus the different options for binding and laminating. Having these services on site allows us to deliver your job on time with quality finishing at affordable prices.

45 different spiral colors to choose from. There are a rainbow of colors, including neon, glow-in-the-dark, and other exotic colors. Plastic spiral is strong, pages will never pull apart. Plastic spiral-bound publications lie completely flat. The coil also allows for complete cover-to-cover opening.

Lamination

Film lamination gives your printing high gloss, durability and protection. 1 or 2-sided laminating at prices within your budget. Laminating film is from 1.5 mil to 10 mil thicknesses.

Maximum sheet width up to 25" wide. Minimum sheet size: 8.5 x 11. Sheet thickness ranges from 80 lb. offset to 8 pt. board.
